Pets are a part of your family. That’s why at Wohu Rentals we make sure all our properties are pet friendly! After all, it’s not a home without your furry family member. In fact, we don’t even require a deposit on the majority of pets. The only time we require a pet deposit is for animals weighing more than 40lbs. For each animal, we require a one-time $100 deposit returnable at the end of the lease once the property passes inspection.
