This letter is to remind you that there are two ways by which you can make your timely rental payments to WOHU. First, if you would like to pay online through Payclix you can do so at www.wohurentals.com. As a courtesy to you, and in order to insure timely payment, WOHU will waive any fees associated with paying through Payclix.
Second, for those of you who pay by check, you can continue to pay my check payable to WOHU VII, LLC. Send your check to WOHU VII, LLC at
PO Box 231022, Encinitas, CA 92023.
